Blind Dog Who Lost Eyes to Infection Has Adorable Pomeranian As Seeing-Eye Guide

Hoshi, an American Eskimo dog, had both of his eyes removed after suffering from a painful eye disease. Six months before his surgery, his family adopted a Pomeranian named Zen and the two became fast friends. Now Zen acts as a guide dog while the pair travels the world hiking, camping and kayaking. The dogs' owners say the pair has a special bond deeper than friendship. Before introducing Hisho and Zen, they were nervous to bring a new dog home. Now they're confident they made the right decision.
