Black Bear Attacks Four People in Japan, Chase Caught on Video

Disturbing footage from Fukushima, Japan shows an Asian black bear chasing one of the workers during a terrifying attack.

The bear was spotted on Tuesday inside a local automotive parts factory, where workers reported that it had bitten employees. During its movement through the city, the animal injured two more people, one of them seriously. In total, the bear attacked and wounded four people.

Residents have reported an increase in bear encounters as the animals emerge from hibernation and enter populated areas. Just weeks ago, a 73-year-old woman was found dead in the city of Akita, with authorities suspecting that she may have been attacked by a bear.
