Singer Oliver Tree Dead at 34 After Helicopter Crash in Brazil
American singer-songwriter Oliver Tree was among the victims of Sunday's tragic helicopter crash in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The two helicopters collided mid-air before crashing into the parking lot of an electric vehicle dealership. According to firefighters, none of the six people on board survived.
Authorities have not yet officially identified the victims due to severe burns, but the passengers are believed to have included a Brazilian music producer, an Argentine music video director, and Argentine content creator Gaspar Prim (Gaspi). The crash sparked a fire that destroyed around 20 parked vehicles.
The 32-year-old Oliver Tree rose to global fame with hit songs such as Life Goes On, Miss You, and Alien Boy. In addition to his music, he was known for his distinctive bowl haircut, oversized outfits, quirky sense of humor, and viral social media content, making him one of the most recognizable figures in modern internet pop culture.
