ATM Ripped From a Store With a Stolen SUV in Texas
A brazen robbery at a 7-Eleven in White Settlement, Texas, which went viral in December 2025, has reached a legal conclusion. On December 24 at 3:44 a.m., the suspects used a stolen black SUV to try to rip an ATM out of the convenience store.
Two masked men smashed the entrance, wrapped a steel cable around the ATM and had the driver accelerate. After the first attempt failed, the second pull literally tore the ATM from the floor, destroying part of the store in the process. However, the ATM broke loose during the getaway and ended up in a ditch, leaving the suspects empty-handed.
After an extensive investigation, police arrested three suspects in March 2026. Investigators also linked the group to several other ATM robberies in North Texas.
