Horrific Scenes From Taiwan During Super Typhoon Ragasa

Typhoon Ragasa recently struck Taiwan with heavy rains and flooding, hitting hardest in the eastern parts of the island. The overflow of a barrier lake triggered a flash flood in Guangfu Township in Hualien County, resulting in 14 confirmed deaths. The number of missing persons was initially reported at 152, but later revised down to 33 missing.
