83-Year-Old Veteran Honors Troops Everyday In Beautiful Way

Every night at sundown, under the direction of Galveston County Constable Clint Wayne Brown, everything comes to a respectful stop at the corner of Post Office St and 21st St in Galveston. 83-year-old Retired Marine Veteran, Guy Taylor, plays Taps from the balcony of his building.
