Here comes a security video from a calm and quiet Ukrainian village Great Bychkov (at first global media reported of Russian village) which reveals a shocking moment when one little boy was hit by a speeding driver while he was crossing the road. According to local media, little boy unfortunately died on the scene. The man, who was driving the car, fled in an unknown direction, but independently came to the police a few hours later.
