Car Overtakes Motorcycle In Front Of Cop, Gets Pulled Over

This biker was riding in a 35mph zone, saw a cop and let off the throttle while checking his speed. A dumbass in what looks like an Audi proceeds to pass him over the double yellow right in front of the cop.
