Crowd Starts Clapping Mid-performance, Then Maestro Gets A Great Idea

A video clip from one of the performances landed on the web, when the orchestra presented their skills. During the show, people began to applaud in order to give the musicians a rhythm. Why would they do that if they had a Maestro along with them?

Instead of telling a crowd that their applauding is not a part of playing, he did something that quickly circled the world. He got a great idea and joined their clapping with musicians' playing.
