Those were the words of a distraught Texas father to the 911 emergency operator Oct. 12 after his 3-year-old boy became unresponsive. In the background, the child's mother can be heard sobbing, "Brayden, Brayden!"
The dispatcher sent EMS to the location, but Granbury police officer Chase Miller happened to be scanning the radio channels and realized he was just a minute away from the family.
