What is the procedure?
Press the right cheek with the left thumb, then push the skin outwards. With the other hand, grasp the lower part of the ear and pull it outwards, holding this position for 10 seconds. Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the face. Finally, cover both nostrils with your hands, take a deep breath and tilt your head back. Hold your breath for as long as you can, then clear your nose and exhale while returning your head to its normal position.
