Dump Truck Drives Into High Voltage Power Line

Police responding to reports of multiple explosions say a gravel hauler had raised the dump box and struck a high-voltage power line. Truck tires exploded in "quick succession," police said. Shrapnel damaged windows on a bulldozer and two houses but no injuries were reported.
