Duncanville Police Officer Saves Baby Locked In Hot Car
From the city of Duncanville in the US state of Texas comes a video of a police officer who became a hero through his intervention.
In the parking lot, he rescued a one-year-old child from a hot car, which his parents left in the vehicle on a very sunny day.
The police officer in the video arrived at the parking lot, where he soon tracked down a vehicle in which a barely one-year-old child was sitting. As the mercury outside rose well above 86 degrees Fahrenheit (30°C), the officer took immediate action.
He broke the glass on the passenger side, then unlocked the vehicle and rescued the child from it. The child's mother and his grandmother then arrived at the scene of the incident, and the local court will decide if any proceedings will be initiated against the mother.
