Florida Couple Helps Shark Back Into Ocean
In the past few weeks, a video of the rescue of a shark in trouble has landed on the Internet.
The animal was stranded on the beach, and onlookers quickly came to the rescue and pulled the approximately 3-meter shark back into deep water.
The video clip, which landed on the YouTube network two weeks ago, is already a real hit there - to date it has reached almost a million views, and many online commentators are also impressed by the scene.

Since the shark was in urgent need of help, the onlookers started the rescue themselves - they pulled it into deep water, where the shark could swim again towards the open sea.
The shortfin mako, also known as the shortfin mako shark, is a large mackerel shark. The shortfin mako can reach 4 m in length and weigh 570 kg, and the species is classified as endangered by the IUCN.
