Footage Appears To Show Explosion On Crimean Bridge

This morning, at around 6 o'clock, a violent explosion rang out on the Crimean bridge, causing the bridge to partially collapse.

The bridge is considered a key logistical route for the supply of Russian forces in Crimea and southern Ukraine, where military conflicts between Russia and Ukraine are taking place.

According to the latest information, the explosion was caused by a bomb truck, and at the time of the explosion, seven wagons carrying fuel caught fire. Part of the bridge collapsed as a result, and no one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack. According to the latest data, at least three people lost their lives.

Traffic is closed across the bridge, and the Russians are already establishing a ferry line to cross the Kerch Strait. The bridge was built in 2014 by order of Russian President Vladimir Putin, after Russia declared the Crimean peninsula part of its territory that same year.

Watch how surveillance cameras captured the moment a truck carrying a bomb exploded on the Crimean bridge.
