Girl Protects Her Little Sister For 36 Hours After Earthquake In Syria

A moving video has gone viral on the internet following the horrific earthquake that claimed more than 10,000 lives in Turkey and Syria.

The rescuer filmed the scene where the girl was protecting her younger sister with her hands and body among the ruins, and the rescuers managed to save both girls.

Two sisters from Syria were stuck under the rubble after the devastating earthquake, they were buried for 36 long hours. The rescuers managed to get to them, and one of them recorded a touching scene on his mobile phone.

The barely seven-year-old girl watched over her younger sister all this time - she protected her head with her hands, comforted and hugged her, until the rescuers arrived, who freed both girls after a long wait.
