Horrific Formula 2 Crash At Spa Francorchamps In Which Anthoine Hubert Lost His Life
Saturday's Formula 2 race for the Grand Prix of Belgium delivered a horrific tragedy at the Spa Francorchamps.
In the second lap we saw a severe accident in which 22-year-old Formula racer Anthoine Hubert lost his life.
The horrific accident occurred on one of the fastest parts of the racetrack, in which Juan Manuel Correa suffered serious injuries with multiple fractures. Organizers announced shortly after the interrupted race that 22-year-old Anthoine Hubert had lost the battle for life.
In the wake of the severe accident, which happened in the second round of the Belgian Grand Prix, the organizers immediately stopped the race and canceled it shortly after.
