At the outbreak of a new coronavirus in Italy and many other countries, panic has spread to many people. In many places the protective masks and disinfectants were running out.
A video clip landed online these days showing how we can make a face mask at home.
We must inform you, that regular or surgical masks are not the most appropriate protection for coronavirus, known as COVID-19. Ordinary masks (even such that you can make yourself - see the video below) need to be replaced every two hours, otherwise they will become infectious and permeable, so they will no longer protect you against viruses. Such masks are therefore for one time use only!
If you are going to buy a mask, buy one that belongs to the FFP-3 class, since it offers us full protection against coronavirus. Such masks have built-in filters that stop dangerous particles.
