Man Records Sleeping Rattlesnake, Gets Shocked When It Wakes Up
The web has been surrounded by a video from few years ago that is already a real hit on the YouTube network. To date, it has garnered more than 2.3 million views.
The author filmed the rattlesnake up close during sleep, but it soon woke up and with its move drove the fear in the bones of many.
The rattlesnake is an American poisoned snake that is recognizable by its flickering tail - this one is made up of loose links. If the said snake feels threatened, it rattles loudly with its ankles on its tail in order to chase away the predators.
They live in a variety of environments and feed mainly on small animals such as birds, rodents, lizards and insects. Their biggest natural enemies are larger birds, badgers, coyotes, possums and raccoons.
The snake in the video also pointed out its power when it was awakened by a cameraman while sleeping. He got too close to it, and the snake soon staged its characteristic defensive pose, at which it also drew attention to itself with its tail. Look at the moment when the author of the video woke up a rattlesnake from sleep.
