Michigan Police Officer Saves Choking Baby
Police officers from the city of Sterling Heights in the US state of Michigan posted a video online in which their police officer saved the life of a three-week-old baby girl.
Her parents called paramedics as the baby began to choke and police officer Cameron Maciejewski was the first to arrive to the house.
The said police officer responded quickly to the call and arrived in front of the home, where the girl's parents panicked and called for help. The barely three-week-old baby choked and lost consciousness while drinking milk from her bottle, but the police officer Maciejewski saved her life.
In a stressful situation, he reacted very calmly - he took the child in his arms and then tried to release the airway with gently pushes.
The baby was then handed over to a Sterling Heights fire department, which transported the child to the hospital for observation. The girl survived without injuries, and her parents will be forever grateful to officer Maciejewsk.
