Old Couple Has Fostered 1,000 Kids, But Has No Clue They're All Gathered For A Surprise

Meet Anne and Terry Panks, local heroes within their community after taking care of 1,000's of children that needed their help. hirty-six years ago the married couple converted a police station into a home large enough to house people in need. Through selfless love and devotion, they were able to help over 1,000 children through the darkest times of their life. As a thank you, their community decided to do something to give back to the pair.
