Because he took  the advantage infront one of the drivers, he became entangled in the verbal dispute with him.

He brought along his vehicle, lowered the window, and then told the driver to drop the window too, so that he could give him a verbal lesson. Unfortunately, it was impossible to lower the driver's side's window due to a failure.

Driver wanted to tell the other driver this several times, but he did not even listen. So he had nothing left but to smile and inform the driver about his problem by simply opening the door of the vehicle.
