Speeding Driver In Russia Hits Horse In The Middle Of The Road

From the Russian city of Yakutsk here comes a horrible dashcam video in which a driver crashed into a horse in the middle of the road. The driver hit a poor animal at full speed, and the horse lost his life at the place of the accident.

The whole scene was taken by a camera in the car of another driver. Despite the fact that the driver involved was totally sober, criminal proceedings were stll instituted against him.
