Diego Maldonado of Colombia posted a video on his Twitter profile in October that touched many people around the world. He filmed a worker sweeping one of the streets and then showed his love to a stray dog as well.
With a broom in his hands, he first scratched the stray dog, and soon after, he also caressed it with his hands. Judging by the response, the dog was very grateful for the free pampering.
