Swimmer Gets Protected By A Pod Of Dolphins From A Shark

A few years ago, a video surfaced online showing a strange scene of a man swimming in the Cook Strait, which separates the North and South Islands of New Zealand.

Dolphins kept him company for an hour and a half, then they even protected him from a possible shark attack.

The video clip has reached more than 150,000 views on YouTube alone to date, and we can follow a man named Adam Walker as he swam in the Cook Strait. In one moment, he was surrounded by a pod of dolphins, who jumped out of the water next to him and, judging by their actions, enjoyed the fun immensely.

The camera also recorded the scene when Adam was approached by a shark - in order not to attack him, a group of dolphins surrounded the swimmer and thus protected him from the shark with their bodies.

Watch the unusual scene during Adam Walker's feat as he swam in the Cook Strait, which separates the North and South Islands of New Zealand.
