A woman from the Animal Relief Society managed that the owner left her all the puppies with a friendly conversation that did not have an easy life with him.
Lisa is the woman in the video who is the founder of the Frankie, Lola & Friends Rescue association - the association deals with helping animals, and in the past few days they received a call about a dog with puppies who has been chained all her life.
The rescue operation started immediately, and at first the owner did not want to leave the dog and puppies to good people. With the conversation, Lisa convinced the owner to the opposite, and filmed the entire rescue on camera.
