Duygu Elma just stepped out of the cafe in Zonguldak, Turkey, when she spotted a stray dog shivering on the street. The poor dog was attempting to get out of the rain by resting under the building overhang.
Because of bad weather and low temperatures, the puppy was very cold, so Elma took her scarf, which had previously been wrapped around her neck, and then covered the stray dog with it. Her act was also captured by a surveillance camera, and the video immediately circled the world and impressed many who care about animals.
