He was fleeing on a scooter in front of a police vehicle, but then a passing woman took care of the justice!

Police officers were cahsing the suspect in 2017, and the video circulated online these days. The suspect rode the scooter on the sidewalks and then experienced something unusual.

One woman came to the aid of the police officers, who took the motorcyclist to the ground with the help of her purse!
