Dramatic Footage from Sicily: Storm Harry Floods Coastal Towns

Severe storm Harry hit the Italian island of Sicily today, bringing hurricane-force winds, torrential rain and dangerously high seas. Schools were closed in around 150 municipalities, while coastal traffic was severely disrupted for hours. Firefighters remain on constant standby, responding to emergencies caused by the extreme weather.

Meteorologists warn that the severe conditions may persist into the evening, raising further concerns for coastal communities. Storm Harry is shaping up to be one of the most intense weather events to hit Sicily this winter.
