Cat In Bag Gets Rescued Moments Away From Getting Sliced By Garbage Separator

Workers sorting waste in the Russian city of Ulyanovsk have saved the life of a poor kitten these days who was thrown in a trash can in a plastic bag by its owner.

A surveillance camera at the factory filmed a scene when one of the workers inspected the contents of the bag and found a live cat inside.

If the worker did not pay attention when inspecting the waste, the cat would suffer a cruel fate. The waste travels along the conveyor belt through cutters, which reduces the volume of garbage.

The company, which deals with waste sorting, also announced that in the past they had rescued three animals in a similar way - two turtles and one hedgehog.

The cat in the video wasn't a stray animal, so they conclude that the cat's owner got tired of it and heartlessly dumped it in a plastic bag among the trash. Well done to the workers who saved the kitten's life.
