Mercedes Driver Brakechecks A Tractor, Gets What He Deserves
The web has circled a video last month in which a tractor driver filmed a stupid driver on the road.
The driver of the Mercedes car braked on purpose in front of him to show him how he was obstructing traffic with his driving. But the tractor driver did not care.
The tractor driver filmed the whole incident with a mobile phone, and made it clear to the Mercedes driver that he should not joke with him. When he brakechecked in front of him for the second time, the driver of the tractor crashed into the back of the vehicle without a hint of mercy.
Police found the Mercedes driver guilty based on a video. He was fined 112 euros and 6 penalty points for causing the accident, and he recieved another fine of 45 euros and 6 penalty points for endangering other road users.
In addition to the fine for the driver of the car, the driver of the tractor was also fined - the police officers issued him a ticket in the amount of 45 euros and 5 penalty points for using a mobile phone while driving.
