16-year-old teenager Vitoria Muller from Brazil posted afootage online of her pet guinea pig being microwaved by her. The footage sparked an online hate campaign as images of the animal spinning inside the machine were shared on the internet.

The authorities seized the animal and transferred it to a veterinary clinic to be seen to, but fortunately, the animal was not injured.
