A moving video is coming from the Santa Fe Animal Shelter, located in the US state of New Mexico.

They took a puppy named Tobi into their premises, but he was so scared that he hid in the corner most of the time.

According to volunteers, Tobi the dog was afraid of his own shade, and his previous owners never took him for a walk. That is why the shelter decided to try to get the dog used to the leash.

He was very scared at first, but Tobi soon realized what beautiful things life has to offer. Luck soon smiled on him when he was adopted by Bonita Rogozinsky. She already has a dog Clara, with whom Tobi gets along more than perfectly.
