When rescuers are on an emergency drive, they can park their vehicles anywhere. And it's right to do such a thing - human life is more important than the fact that the parked ambulance can block the path for drivers. This is obviously disagreeing with one of the truck drivers.
A video is coming from Belgium, where there was no shortage of stupidity. Rescuers arrived in front of one of the residential buildings to help the injured person. And what did the truck driver do?
As the road ahead of him was blocked by the rescue vehicle, he simply sat in the ambulance, then parked it in a more suitable place. Then he sat back in his truck, and simply drove forward.
