Another Police Brutality In California, Cop Puts The Slam-Down On Restrained Suspect

Authorities are reviewing a video released online regarding the possible use of excessive force by Santa Ana Police officers during a suspect takedown following a short pursuit of a reported stolen car on Sunday night.

It was the end of a pursuit, the driver was down on the ground and police were trying to get him to put his hands behind his back so he could be cuffed and taken away.

Eventually, after punches, kicks, taser and a baton, he was subdued. Author calls it "excessive", went to social media, the news, and gave the video she shot to the police.
