Adolf Silva Reveals Severe Injuries After Red Bull Rampage 2025 Crash
Spanish professional mountain biker Adolf Silva published a video online on October 31, describing the extent of his injuries following a crash at Red Bull Rampage 2025.
He suffered fractures of the T2 and T3 vertebrae, as well as dislocations down to T6. He also broke his sternum and six ribs. After a five-hour spinal stabilization surgery, Silva stated that he currently cannot feel anything from the chest down. Despite the extremely serious diagnosis, he remains optimistic about his recovery.
During this year's Red Bull Rampage 2025 event, Silva attempted a double backflip on a jump - which ended in a brutal crash. The event, held in Virgin, Utah (USA), was stopped for 20 minutes, and Silva was airlifted to the hospital by helicopter.
