In the city of Montereau in France, an apartment on the first floor of a city block caught fire last week for an unknown reason.
An elderly man was caught on the balcony, and passers-by immediately came to his aid.
The video has restored many people's faith in kindness and selfless help, especially in these difficult times. The older man was standing on the balcony when his apartment was engulfed in flames.
As he could not get out of the apartment, nor from the balcony, passers-by came to his aid. A few of the boys climbed up to Grandpa, and then, with joint efforts, carried him to the next balcony, perhaps saving his life.
