Traffic Officer In Russia Cuts Cammer, Gets Fined For His Actions

A video was taken from the car when the driver almost collided with a traffic police officer after he cutted him off.

The policeman then violated the protocol, which says that the policeman must always have a police cap on his head during the intervention. Prior to that, he had yet to turn on the rotary lights, stopped the traffic, and started to argue with the driver.

Now the authorities have fined him on the basis of the footage, and further criminal proceedings will be instituted against him.
