VIDEO: Heartless Dad Throws Newborn Baby Daughter Into Dumpster

The man was seen on CCTV putting the baby into a paper bag and then leaving her for dead her in a pile of rubbish. The girl had been born at home just two hours earlier and still had her umbilical cord attached.

Her parents decided to abandon her in 10C weather because she started turning purple and they thought she was "incurable", according to police. But she was saved by an elderly woman who has now been hailed as her 'guardian angel'.
