This is what a man found out who has a channel called "Tulip" on the YouTube network. When he caught one of the fish, his attention attracted the bulge on fish's belly. He quickly realized that there was a large parasite inside the body of the fish, so he stepped into action and pulled the parasite out of the fish with the aid of a hook.
