These idiots were driving on the shoulder of the highway trying to cut ahead of traffic, one went by cammer and was pulled over by a cop in a ghost car who was in traffic, the second one noticed the cop and slammed on the brakes, he stopped and tried to cut in front of cammer, needless to say he wasn't gonna let him in.
