When an angry boss sent few workers home due to their mistake in one of the companies there, all the collectives were on their side. If workers who were sent home can not work, then they will not work too!
After an incident in the morning, only a few hours after they came to work, they all cleaned up their things went home together. In a matter of minutes, the whole production was totally empty.
And what did workers achieve with such an action?
Because of the reaction in an affect, the boss had to apologize to workers who have been sent home because of a minor error, and they could return to work. The rest of the workers did not receive sanctions.
