Concrete Patch Gone Wrong After This Driver Comes To The Parking Lot

Tim House posted a video on the web when he and his friends watched the completion of a section by road workers. At one of the parking lots, they placed a concrete where they carried out maintenance work. But they clearly forgotten or the barricades infront the layer of fresh concrete...

The author of the recording wrote that he knew that something similar would happen, so he began to record the scene. His assumptions came true, and one of the drivers drove straight into the concrete layer with his car. That left some workers in anger.

Do workers have to warn drivers on a fresh concrete layer or would the logic of drivers simply do enough?
