Mamoudou Gassama has been hailed as the Spider-Man of Paris, by the mayor after he climbed unaided up the front of a building to rescue a boy who was dangling from a balcony.
A young Malian migrant has received widespread praise for his act of heroism after a video of his feat went viral on social media. He is shown clambering up the building with his bare hands to reach the child in just seconds, preventing the boy from falling to his death.
