16-Year-Old Soccer Goalie Gets Struck By Lightning

That the accident never rests is evidenced by a shocking video from Russia. A group of young footballers were warming up before the match when a 16-year-old goalkeeper was hit by lightning on the pitch.

The whole horror was filmed by a security camera over the stadium.

The real miracle is that 16-year-old Ivan Zaborovsky survived a lightning strike. Immediately after the accident, the boy was helped by coach Anton Basov, who immediately began basic resuscitation procedures.

Ivan was taken to hospital where he had to be placed in an artificial coma. After three weeks, Ivan has already recovered, he even joined his teammates in training. He does not remember the day he was struck by lightning.
