A Passenger On The Plane Captures Spraying From The Airplane Wing, Gets Arrested

Chris Bovey filmed this on a plane. What are they spraying from the airplane wing? But what is more alarming is that Chris was later arrested at airport in Heathrow just moments after his plane landed. His iPhone was confiscated by military security and he spent 8 hours in a holding cell.
