Baby Rhino Falls In Love With Her Rescuer's Cat
A very special video has landed on The Dodo's YouTube channel, where they post videos with animals.
In it, they showed scenes from a rhino shelter, in which Jamie also helps.
Jamie is studying veterinary medicine and years ago began working as a volunteer at The Rhino Orphanage shelter, located in Limpopo province in South Africa. She also brought a cat with her at the time, which became friends with many of the baby rhinos.
Many animals are transported to the shelter after being attacked by wild hunters - their horns are valuable, and because of wild hunting, rhinos are an increasingly endangered animal. After two years in the shelter, they are released into a special park, which is under the watchful eye of armed guards 24 hours a day.
Take a look at the beautiful scenes witnessed by vet Jamie at The Rhino Orphanage in South Africa.
