Barcelona Ferry Crashes Into Crane, All Hell Breaks Loose
These days the workers at the port of Barcelona experienced a real drama.
A ferry was sailing straightness towards the terminal, and the captain and his crew on the ship could not prevent the crash.
The ship crashed straight into one of the cranes, which then collapsed. The harbor was captured by flames, and firefighters had to come to the aid, who managed to extinguish the fire.
The "Excellent" ship belongs to the Italian company Grandi Navi Veloci, and there were 420 onboard. The captain told the media that the ship was shifted from its planned direction due to the strong winds.
Fortunately, there were no casualties in the marine accident, and two people had to seek professional help because of the shock.
