Brampton Car Accident Wrongly Charged

Man driving straight through the intersection and the light was green. The driver in the opposite left lane was turning and did not pay attention to the road and hit his car. He braked as hard as he could but it was not enough to stop the collision since the other driver kept turning. Right away after the crash there were 2 people who claimed it was his fault because they said she had the advance arrow on her side and the light was red for him. When the police officer came the two witnesses said he speed through the intersection when it was her right of way. Clearly this video shows otherwise.
