She threw her puppy into the water several times off the pier, and her act was recorded by a random passer-by.
Years ago, one man filmed the cruel act of a woman in the U.S. state of Ohio, trying to get rid of her puppy by simply throwing him into a lake.
The water temperature was 59°F, the author wrote in the video. He added that he reported the incident to the police - they arrived at the scene, but according to him, they did absolutely nothing.
The video has sparked quite a few angry responses online, and has surpassed 230,000 views to date. Another proof that many people don't deserve animals!
